A guide to large-group houses within reach of Bath, and how to pick the right one.
What this site is
Celebrate Near Bath exists to answer one question properly: if you need to put fourteen or more people under one roof near Bath for a birthday, a reunion or a celebration, what are the real options and how do you choose between them?
The houses described here are part of the Celebration Homes collection – eighty-six properties, every one sleeping at least fourteen, every one with a hot tub, and eleven with a heated swimming pool. Bookings and availability are handled on the Celebration Homes site; this one is the guide that sits in front of it.
How we write these pages
Everything on this site about the houses comes from the actual property records – sleeping numbers, bedrooms, bathrooms, hot tubs and pools. Where we do not know something we say so and tell you to ask, because the difference between a good group weekend and a difficult one is usually a detail nobody checked.
We do not quote prices here. Rates move with season and length of stay, and a figure on a guide page is out of date almost immediately – the booking site is the only honest place for that.
Who runs it
Celebrate Near Bath is published by Ocean Wave Corp, which also runs Celebration Homes and Stay Near Bath. If you spot something on this site that is wrong or out of date, we would rather hear about it than not.
